The petitioner, Jerry M. Myers, brought a claim pursuant to section 19(b) of the Workers' Compensation Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1987, ch. 48, par. 138.1 et seq.). The arbitrator found for the respondent, Three "D" Discount Store. The Industrial Commission reversed, awarding the petitioner temporary total disability for a period of 39 4/7 weeks and $5,812.95 in medical expenses...
