The corporation, and shareholders Richard Bruns and Ernest Bruns, appeal from an order and judgment determining that the Agreement does not apply to the transfer of stock in Sherman Plaza which occurred in the merger of Rennebohm Drug Stores, Inc. and Walgreen Janesville...
