Ysaac Silva-Chavez appeals his conviction for false use of a social security number. We affirm.

Silva-Chavez is a citizen of Peru. In November 1986 he was arrested by border patrol agents who suspected he was in the United States illegally. He presented a Louisiana driver's license issued in his name but bearing a social security number that had not been assigned to him.
