The defendants appeal the denial of their motions for a new trial, for reduction of their sentences, and for redesignation of their severity factors for parole purposes.

We only outline the facts and procedural history of this case because this is the third time it has come before us. Bucci and Glantz were charged in a 1985 indictment with having extorted $77,350 from James Notarantonio through a kickback scheme involving Notarantonio...
