Samuel Thomas, plaintiff-appellant, a native of India, appeals the district court's granting summary judgment to defendant-appellee, Digital Equipment Corp. (Digital) in this Title VII case, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. Thomas alleged that he had been treated discriminatorily on the basis of his national origin.
