The plaintiff appeals from the judgment rendered after the trial court directed a verdict for the defendant. The plaintiff claims the trial court erred (1) in directing the verdict for the defendant, and (2) in refusing to allow the plaintiff's expert to testify for the purpose of establishing prospective profits, which, the plaintiff claimed, was a proper measure of damages for the defendant's breach of their partnership agreement.
