Mr. Bernard appeals the judgment entered following his conviction of sixty-two criminal violations including: one count of conspiracy in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371 (1982); one count of bank fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1344 (Supp. II 1984); and sixty counts of making false entries as a bank officer in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1005 (1982). The case against Mr. Bernard was tried to the same jury which convicted co-defendants...
