The families of Navy divers killed in a Navy submarine diving chamber brought this products liability action under the Death On The High Seas Act, 46 U.S.C.App. § 761 et seq., and the federal Admiralty law, 28 U.S.C. § 1333, against General Dynamics Corporation, the designer of the chamber.
