ORDER

In our earlier decision in this case, we affirmed the district court's denial of Hayes' petition for writ of habeas corpus filed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. Hayes' petition challenged, among other things, the validity of the death sentence that had been imposed upon him by the Arkansas State Court following his conviction by a jury of capital felony murder. See Hayes v. Lockhart, 852 F.2d 339 (8th Cir.1988)....
