Richard Harrington appeals that portion of the trial court's sentence which ordered him to pay restitution. Harrington contends that the trial court erred by ordering him to pay for: (1) damages that were not caused by the crime charged and (2) repair for the cost of a car that exceeds the car's fair market value.1
