Adella Gray brought this Title VII action against the University of Arkansas (University), claiming that she had been terminated from her position as academic coordinator for the Arkansas Razorbacks because of her sex. The district court1 found in favor of the University. Gray v. University of Arkansas, 658 F.Supp. 709
