Wayne Barnhart was sentenced to 18 months imprisonment upon being convicted for making false declarations before a grand jury, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1623. On appeal, he contests the sufficiency of the indictment; the propriety of admitting evidence and jury instructions relating to "flight"; the sufficiency of the evidence; and the application of the sentencing guidelines.
