Damon Thompson appeals from his conviction and sentencing for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute in violation of 28 U.S.C. §§ 841(a) and 841(b)(1)(C). On appeal, he argues that the district court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence obtained from him in violation of the fourth amendment, and in refusing under the Sentencing Guidelines to allow a two level reduction for acceptance of responsibility....
