In this appeal, we consider for the first time the dischargeability under Chapter 13 of the Bankruptcy Reform Act, 11 U.S.C. §§ 1301 et seq., of a civil judgment owed to an assault victim by an assailant. The creditor-victim urges us to adopt a bright line rule prohibiting the discharge of any debt incurred as a result of a debtor's heinous criminal activity.
