It is alleged in two counts of a certain indictment that Ivonne Adames knowingly and willfully exported and attempted to export firearms on the United States Munitions List without an export license, in violation of 22 U.S.C.A. § 2778, and in another count that she conspired with her brother, Ivan Blasser, to commit those two substantive offenses, in violation of 18 U.S.C.A. § 371.
