Donald A. Hairston, Sr. was indicted for misapplication of bank funds (Counts 1-4 and 6-13) in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 656, and for making a false statement to a bank with respect to a loan (Count 5) in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1014.
