Michael Molinaro and his son and daughter, Richard and Linda Molinaro, were each convicted following a jury trial of one count of conspiracy to distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846, and one count of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1).
