Defendant Mary Alice Wolf was convicted of three counts of traveling "in interstate or foreign commerce ... with intent that a murder be committed," 18 U.S.C. § 1952A, and one count of conspiring to commit that offense, 18 U.S.C. § 371. In an unpublished order filed March 15, 1988, we affirmed the conviction. On October 3, 1988, the Supreme Court, ___ U.S. ___, 109 S.Ct. 39, 102 L.Ed.2d 18, granted Wolf's petition for a writ of certiorari...
