This is an action in which the plaintiff seeks recovery from the defendant in the sum of $5,275.00 for work, labor and materials which the plaintiff says that it provided to the defendant, as reflected in certain invoices numbered 1861 and 2131. The plaintiff's complaint asserts that the work, labor and materials were provided "as of October 21, 1989."
