This action was brought to recover damages for a defective and improperly installed swimming pool. Judgment entered for the plaintiff and the defendant filed a draft report claiming to be aggrieved by the court's denial of certain requests for rulings. Judgment entered June 7, 1987 and on June 9th, the defendant filed a Motion to Amend Findings and Judgment which was allowed on July 30, 1987 as to Count II only. A draft report was filed on August 7, 1987...
