We are called upon primarily to determine whether the district court had removal jurisdiction in this case pursuant to 12 U.S.C. § 1730(k)(1)(C) despite the proviso in 12 U.S.C. § 1730(k)(1). We remand, holding that there is proper removal jurisdiction.
