Nana Agyemang pleaded guilty to two counts of bank fraud, 18 U.S.C. § 1344. Agyemang appeals his sentence, protesting the procedure the district court used at the sentencing hearing, the court's reliance on hearsay information, and the adequacy of the information to support certain assertions in the presentence report that he challenged. Agyemang also contends that the district court should have sentenced him under the Sentencing Guidelines...
