Defendant Ernest Durkin is charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, and possession of drug paraphernalia. These charges arose out of a search of his person after a traffic stop on May 7, 1988 in Bensalem Township. At the time of the stop defendant was found to be in possession of three grams of methamphetamine and over $9,000 in cash. On November 14, 1988...
