WARREN, Judge.

Defendant appeals his conviction for theft on the ground that the trial court should have suppressed his confession. We agree and reverse.

Detective McGuire, knowing that there were several outstanding warrants for defendant's arrest, obtained a search warrant authorizing him to search for defendant at 54 N.W. 13th Avenue, Apt. 4, in Gresham.
