Plaintiff Sandy Mitchell appeals the order of the Fourth Judicial District Court, Missoula County, granting summary judgment to the defendants University of Montana, Neal J. Bucklew, and Kay Cotton in her tort action for breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing and wrongful discharge.
