On September 1, 1967, Calco Instrument Repair, Inc. was incorporated under the laws of the State of Oklahoma for the purpose of selling and repairing oilfield instruments and machinery. Calvin R. Howeth (appellee or Howeth), his wife Mary F. Howeth and A.C. Chausse were named as the incorporators in the articles of incorporations. The company's name was changed to Calco Instruments, Inc. (Calco) on August 21, 1974, in an amended certificate of incorporation...
