This is an action under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.) for discriminatory firing and under either state law or the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq.) for wrongful refusal to continue plaintiff's health insurance benefits following the termination.
