MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This is an appeal of an order of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas which denied Appellant's motion to modify, terminate or annul automatic stay and Appellant's motion for leave to file proof of claim after expiration of bar date.
