This is an appeal from a pretrial order by the district court approving settlement with some but not all defendants in a securities action. The class action consists of cases consolidated as In re Kaypro Shareholders Securities Litigation, No. 84-2091-N(I). The plaintiff class includes all persons, except defendants, who acquired common stock of Kaypro Corporation between August 25, 1983 and July 17, 1984. The defendants are Kaypro Corporation...
