These proceedings concern the plaintiff who seeks to recover damages resulting from her purchase of a used car from the defendant Banas d/b/a Mid-Town Auto Sales, and his employee, the defendant Fountain. The complaint alleges (1) a violation of G.L.c. 93 A, (2) conversion and (3) misrepresentation.
