After a jury trial, defendant Joseph Anthony Lamattina ("Lamattina") was found guilty of unlawfully making an extortionate extension of credit (18 U.S.C. § 892(a)) (one count) and attempting to collect an extension of credit by extortionate means (18 U.S.C. § 894) (two counts).
