In this appeal, appellants Gunther Graefenhain and Philip Miller and cross-appellant Pabst Brewing Company raise a plethora of issues surrounding the award of front pay damages under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (the "ADEA"), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-634.
