Defendant-appellant, Safeco Insurance Company (Safeco), appeals the trial court's summary judgment, granted to plaintiff-appellee, Southwest Community Health Services (Southwest), on December 7, 1987. Judgment was in the amount of $15,000 plus attorney's fees and costs. Southwest operates a hospital which furnished medical services to defendant-appellant, Thomas L. Day (Day).
