Plaintiffs have filed a complaint alleging that defendants Gruntal & Co., Incorporated ("Gruntal") and Realquest Corporation of Westland, Inc. ("Realquest") violated the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations statute, 18 U.S.C. §§ 1961 et seq. ("RICO"), and Section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, 15 U.S.C. § 78j(b).
