Erskine Alleyne petitions for review of an order of the Board of Immigration Appeals (Board) which affirmed an Immigration Judge's finding of deportability. After filing the petition, and within the statutory period for seeking judicial review, Alleyne asked the Board to reconsider or reopen its decision.
