Ethel Mae Jackson pleaded guilty to five counts of fraudulent use of the mails in connection with applications for federal student financial aid. 18 U.S.C. § 1341. The district court sentenced Jackson to concurrent fourteen-month prison terms and imposed a $50.00 special assessment on each count.
