Andrew Jardien sued defendant, Winston Media Network ("Winston"),1 under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-634 ("ADEA"). After a jury trial and verdict for the plaintiff, the district court awarded Jardien stipulated damages of $39,673.00.
