This appeal and cross-appeal from the Workers' Compensation Court involves a claim for widow's benefits. The State Compensation Insurance Fund (Fund), appeals the lower court's decision finding claimant's husband suffered an injury resulting in death under the Montana Workers' Compensation Act.
