Petitioner seeks special action relief from the trial court's denial of his motion to dismiss the indictment in this matter with prejudice on the ground that the real party in interest, the State of Arizona, has violated the anti-shuttling provisions of the Interstate Agreement on Detainers (IAD), A.R.S. § 31-481.
