Appellants College Irrigation Company ("College") Spring Creek Cache Irrigation Company ("Spring Creek") and Clear Creek Water Users ("Clear Creek") appeal the judgment of the district court which reaffirmed the entitlement of the Logan River and Blacksmith Fork Irrigation Company ("Blacksmith Fork") to 34 cfs of water out of the Logan River pursuant to the "Kimball Decree"1 and denied appellants'
