Roosevelt X. Abernathy, an inmate at the Tucker Maximum Security Unit of the Arkansas Department of Correction, appeals from the district court order dismissing his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 action. Abernathy claimed his due process rights were violated when he was placed on investigative status1 for thirty-five days. We affirm.
