This is an appeal by plaintiff and appellant, Robert L. Antonick from a judgment in favor of defendant and respondent, Gordon B. Jones. The District Court for the First Judicial District, Lewis and Clark County, found that no partnership existed between Mr. Antonick and Mr. Jones.
