On April 1, 1987, the Government filed a four count indictment naming Ralph Tutino, Leoluca Guarino, Salvatore Larca and Laborio Bellomo. Count One charged Tutino, Larca, Guarino and Bellomo with conspiring to distribute more than one kilogram of heroin, in violation of Title 21, United States Code, Section 846. Count Two charged Tutino, Larca and Guarino with distributing approximately two kilograms of heroin between December 27, 1986...
