K.C.F. Medical Supply Company, Inc., appeals from a district court order denying it leave to amend its answer to assert a counterclaim in an action filed against it by Elema-Schonander, Inc. After the district court denied K.C.F. leave to amend, it entered summary judgment against K.C.F. We conclude the district court did not abuse its discretion in denying K.C.F. leave to file the counterclaim and we affirm the judgment of the district...
