At issue is an exemption to disclosure in Oregon's public records statutes. ORS 192.410 to 192.505. The statutes provide for disclosure as the general rule but grant an exemption for "information of a personal nature * * *." if the public disclosure thereof would constitute an unreasonable invasion of privacy * * *."
