Stephen Young, appealing from a judgment of conviction for having participated in a continuing criminal enterprise, 21 U.S.C. § 848, and having filed a false income tax return, 26 U.S.C. § 7206, asks us to decide the lawfulness of the search that produced the evidence against him.
