Joel Amin Gonzalez appeals from the district court1 order dismissing his petition for writ of mandamus. Gonzalez sought to compel the Immigration and Naturalization Service to afford him an expeditious deportation proceeding under 8 U.S.C. § 1252(a) & (i) (1982 & Supp.1986) after it filed a detainer with the prison in which Gonzalez is incarcerated. We affirm.
