MEMORANDUM OPINION

DUGGAN, District Judge.*

On February 23, 1989, the Petitioner, Walter L. Martin, filed a Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus, in which he complained of having suffered violations of his Constitutional rights during the course of a criminal trial in the Recorder's Court of Detroit, Michigan in October 1979, all of which resulted in his wrongful imprisonment.
