This appeal involves a contract for deed to ranch property located near Big Timber, Montana. Plaintiff Ralph M. Holman (Holman), the buyer under the contract, appeals from the order of the District Court of the Sixth Judicial District, Sweet Grass County, granting summary judgment in favor of the sellers, George G.
