Rickey E. Boggess was convicted, following two separate jury trials, of multiple counts of sexual abuse of a minor in the first and second degree, one count of attempted sexual abuse of a minor in the first degree, one count of indecent exposure, and two counts of tampering with a witness in the first degree.
